These terms apply to your use of the Euroespanet website and to all services we provide. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. Specific details for each project, including scope, price and timeline, are set out in your written proposal, which forms part of our agreement.
1. Our Services
We provide website design, website revamps, graphic design, search engine optimisation, custom web applications and related digital services. The exact scope of each project is agreed in writing before work begins.
2. Quotes and Proposals
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices on our website are a guide. Your written proposal confirms the final price, currency, deliverables and timeline.
3. Payment Terms
Unless agreed otherwise, projects require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due on completion and before the website is launched or final files are delivered. Ongoing services such as care plans and SEO are billed monthly in advance. Late payments may pause work until the account is settled.
4. Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide content, feedback and approvals in good time, and confirm that any material you supply (text, images, logos) is yours to use or properly licensed. Delays in providing content or feedback may affect the agreed timeline.
5. Revisions and Changes
Each proposal includes a set number of revision rounds. Additional changes or work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately before we proceed.
6. Ownership and Intellectual Property
Once your project is paid in full, ownership of the final website design, content we create for you and final graphic files passes to you. Third-party components, such as fonts, plugins or stock images, remain subject to their own licences. We may display completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
7. Hosting and Third-Party Services
Where we arrange hosting, domains or other third-party services on your behalf, those services are also subject to the provider’s own terms. We are not responsible for outages or changes made by third-party providers.
8. Cancellation
Either party may end a project by giving written notice. Work completed up to the date of cancellation is payable, and deposits cover initial planning and design time and are non-refundable once work has started. Your statutory rights are not affected.
9. Limitation of Liability
We take great care in our work, but we cannot guarantee that websites will be error-free or uninterrupted, or guarantee specific search rankings or sales results. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Use of This Website
You may browse our website for personal and business information. You must not misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access or copy its content for commercial use without permission.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. For clients of our Ghana office, the laws of Ghana may apply where your proposal states so.
